Moleskin:

We had a nice 3 person workout. Gouda ran to and from the workout getting some extra mileage in. The workout was based on the 25th and the fact that 25 equals 5 times 5. It did not click that today was the 26th when I was working on the workout. So we modified some of the warmup to have 26 reps instead of 25. Overall, the workout went well, but we had to leave relatively quickly after the workout due to the gnats.
