Partner A Farmer Hold/Carry blocks

Partner B perform reps:
– 10 merkins’
– 12 Big Bois
– 15 Squats

Switch; rinse and repeat for 20+ rounds

Stopped half way and Mosey 1 lap around Hoppas yard

Recover, then overhead carry Block 1 lap around hoppas yard – 2 burpees if you have to drop Block

Finish off with standing we’re not worthy’s until Failure!
