Warm up:
Big arm circles forward and backward.
Toe touch and hands to sky.
1 Lap around track.
The Thang:
12 corners of the tennis courts
Perform 15 merkins at starting corner, run to next corner.
Perform 10 big boy sit-ups at second corner, run to next corner.
Continue to alternate these two exercises at each corner, weaving through the tennis courts for a total of 12 stations.
Perform 15 squats and 10 single count lunges at ever other corner, same as first round.
Perform 5 Lieutenant Burpees at all 12 stations. (Lunge, Lunge, Jump Squat, Burpee)
Perform 5 2ct flutter kicks as all 12 stations.
COT:
2nd F Friday at Palmetto Axe at 7:00.
3rd F Anniversary Saturday morning at Scrooge at 6:00.
1st F Anniversary Saturday morning at Scrooge at 7:00.
Need sandbags and rucks, volunteers and team captains for Saturday’s workout.
