The Thang:

Mosey to Tires

10 flips, then 10 Blockees
Rinse and repeat 3 times

Mosey to entrance to Rail Trail – the Rail Road Crossings

25 Merkins
1/4 Mile Mosey
5 BDE burpees
1/4 mile Mosey
10 Interrupted Burpees
1/4 mile Mosey
15 Kracken Burpees
1/4 mile Mosey
20 Superman Burppes
1/4 mile Mosey
25 Burpees
1/4 mile Mosey (bear crawl over bridge)
25 Jump Squats

Mosey to field at end of Fitness Center main parking (keep mostly straight through woods and come out on bent tree side of fitness center and Mosey up track with fitness center to your left)

4 corners in field – bear crawl short side
25 monkey humpers
25 shoulder taps
25 Turkish get ups
25 Carolina Dry docks

Mosey back to jump Squat station and perform 25 jump squats

Mosey to naturally outdoors

I-Dora
Round of 75: Squrls
Round of 150: overhead press
Round of 300: flutter kicks
Every 25 reps murder bunny and bunny murder back

Everyone left together and met at COT at Scrooge

We skipped the burpees on the way back…for time
