The Thang:
Mosey to Table Rock.
3 rounds of ab friendly exercises with run from baseline to baseline (LBC’s, Bad Bois, American Hammers)
Bear crawl across Basketball Court.
Intermittent planks for additional ab work.
Mosey to the back lot.
2 rounds of 20 dips, run, 20 hand release merkins.
Mosey to the fire pit. 25 (per Sharpie) side straddle hops OYO.
Mosey to stop sign. Form up and proceed with Indian run to the front salley port.
Closeout with 1 minute plank.
