The Thang – Mosey light posts for Fartleks

3 Rounds

Mosey to the hill

5 burpees at the top, 10 jump squats at the bottom. 3 rounds.

Mosey to Parking Lot

Round 1 – 2 count Balboas on one side of parking lot, shoulder taps on the other side. 10, 8, 6, 4, 2

Round 2 – Incline merkins, regular merkins

Mosey to other side of the school

Dips and gas pumpers 10 each, runs a lap around the circle- 3 Rounds

Mosey back to launchpad for some an work to close. LBC, flutter kicks, v ups IC

The Pax worked hard this morning. It was great to have Clarice with us. The fartleks were a gun way to start. Monkey showed off another gear for the first round, but then blew a gasket. It was cold but we kept it moving. Turned in a solid 2 miles during the workout
