10 jump squats, bear crawl to end of parking lot, 10 jump squats, bear crawl back, 10 jump squats.
15 merkins, bunny hop to end of parking lot, 15 merkins, bunny hop back, 15 merkins.
20 squats, backwards to end of parking lot, 20 squats, backwards back, 20 squats.
5 burpees, run to end of parking lot, 5 burpees, run back, 5 burpees, run to end again, 5 burpees, run back, 5 burpees.
20 SSH, run to end of parking lot, 20 SSH, backwards back, 20 SSH.
