The Thang:
Mosey to brick planter box.
- Decline plank walk on box clockwise, then 10 Derkins IC
- Decline plank walk on box counterclockwise, then 5 Derkins IC
recover, then 30 dips OYO and 20 box jumps w/ overhead clap OYO
- Decline plank walk on box clockwise, then 10 decline Mt climbers IC
- Decline plank walk on box counterclockwise, then 5 decline Mt climbers IC
Mosey to side parking lot and partner up. Partner A does 5 burpees, while partner B crab walks to end of parking lot. After completion of burpees, partner A sprints to partner B and proceeds to crab walk while partner B does 5 burpees. Repeat flap jack until pax reach end of parking lot.
Mosey to Woodstone for some 4 corners. 20 hand release merkins at each corner while sprinting the long sides and lunging the short sides
Mosey to playground. Perform 10 Burpee pull ups OYO.
