After saying hello and then goodbye, and then Godspeed to The Thirteen, we began our workout.

A brief note: Thirteen Pax traveled to Pamplico Saturday to pursue and fulfill a service opportunity, in which a ramp was constructed for a woman who had gone into a coma from complications tied the pandemic, only to awaken from the coma to discover that multiple family members did not survive a similar situation. Please stay tuned and look for more information to come.

10 Gas Pumps (sit on bleacher, knees to chest=1)
10 Incline Bench Shoulder Taps
JAILBREAK to opposite side of the field's lightpole, then mosey back

10 Bench Warmers (squat to sit on bench, repeat)
10 Jump Squats
JAILBREAK to opposite side of the field's lightpole, then mosey back

Lightpole Burpee Ladder-
Mosey to each lightpole in a lap fashion, at each lightpole stop for:
Lightpole 1: 1 Burpee
Lightpole 2: 2 Burpees
Lightpole 3: 3 Burpees
Lightpole 4: 4 Burpees
Lightpole 5: 5 Burpees
Lightpole 6: 6 Burpees

This is where Tin Man's wife picked him up because he had rucked from AO Syryp. Side Note: At this point, Tin Man was still an FNG.
