F3 Florence would like to welcome all pax to the hard launch of its newest, downtown AO, SYRUP. This is a great Ruck/Long Distance Run location that takes you through some great neighborhoods of Florence.

Where: Maple Park, 915 Gregg Ave, Florence, SC 29501

When: 5:30am – 6:45am on Sunday, July 26th, 2020

What: Ruck/Long Distance Run

Why: On April 14th, 2020, A few pax from Florence F3 Ruck Club wanted to do some socially distanced Rucking during the COVID-19 quarantine. YHC suggested a ruck around the Maple Park neighborhood and called it, The Sunday Sunrise Ruck. Speedwalker, Bandaid, Paycheck, Cinnamon, Foxy, and Wee Man met at Maple Park and took a 5 mile loop around Florence. When we finished it was a perfect spot to see the sunrise and reflect on our Creator and His Creation before most of us streamed church online, especially during the midst of uncertainty and confusion COVID-19 has caused in our world. Speedwalker gave it the name “Syrup” during the ruck and asked in Messenger, “Should we float AO Syrup?” After a good number of test rucks, we decided to give it a Hard Launch.

Note: It is a longer duration than weekday ruck/run so be prepared. We currently have a Ruck route and are working on a run route.
