Conditions: beautiful weather
Pax: 10-11 men completed workout and posted in messenger group.
Warm up:
Run 400m
15 – 3 count little arm circles, forward, reverse, clap
20 Imperial Walkers
The Thang:
Set 1:
10 Squats
1 minute wall sit
20 squats
1 minute wall sit
Continue to 40 and back down to 10 with wall sit in between
(10,20,30,40,30,20,10)
Set 2:
5 merkins
1 min high plank
10 merkins
1 min high plank
Continue to 20 and back down to 5 with high plank in between
(5,10,15,20,15,10,5)
Set 3:
20 Side straddle Hops
5 Burpees
Rinse/Repeat x5
Set 4:
50 Coupon Squat Thrusters
