Found this great gem on Midlands Twitter and had to have the Pax try it out.

Another installment of Wee Man Wednesday

(If you are doing F3Gauntlet, these totals count towards your daily number)

Conditions: beautiful weather

Pax: 10-11 men completed workout and posted in messenger group.

Warm up:

Run 400m

15 – 3 count little arm circles, forward, reverse, clap

20 Imperial Walkers

The Thang:

Set 1:

10 Squats

1 minute wall sit

20 squats

1 minute wall sit

Continue to 40 and back down to 10 with wall sit in between

(10,20,30,40,30,20,10)

Set 2:

5 merkins

1 min high plank

10 merkins

1 min high plank

Continue to 20 and back down to 5 with high plank in between

(5,10,15,20,15,10,5)

Set 3:

20 Side straddle Hops

5 Burpees

Rinse/Repeat x5

Set 4:

50 Coupon Squat Thrusters
