12 Merkins
12 Lunges each Leg
12 American Hammers
12 Carolina Drydocks
12 Curls with Concrete Block or whatever you have
12 Dips
12 Flutter Kicks each Leg (Total: 24)
Run 1/4 mile or 400 meters
*Rinse and Repeat for 4 rounds as FAST AS POSSIBLE
