Warm-Up:

25 SSH

25 Through the Tunnel

25 Mountain Climbers for each leg (50 total)

25 High Knees

The Thang:

12 Burpees

12 SSH

12 Squats

12 Big Boyz

12 Kettlebell or Concrete Block Swings

12 Merkins

12 Lunges each Leg

12 American Hammers

12 Carolina Drydocks

12 Curls with Concrete Block or whatever you have

12 Dips

12 Flutter Kicks each Leg (Total: 24)

Run 1/4 mile or 400 meters

*Rinse and Repeat for 4 rounds as FAST AS POSSIBLE
