The Thang

Mosey to Picnic tables

  • 10 box jumps, 5 pull ups
  • 10 box jumps, 10 pull ups
  • 10 box jumps, 5 pull ups

Mosey to tennis courts for 4 corners. 5 reps at first corner, 10 reps at second corner, 15 reps at third corner, and 20 reps at fourth corner

  • round 1: big boy sit ups
  • round 2: leg lifts

Mosey to Hoppa’s yard

1/2 lap, 1 burpee

1/2 lap, 2 burpees

1/2 lap, 3 burpees…..Rinse and repeat up to 10 burpees.

Partner up for Crazy 8’s: Partner A does 1 rep, partner B does 1 rep, Partner A does 2 reps, partner B does 2 reps. Continue up to 8 reps and then go down back to 1.

  • round 1: flutter kicks (and hold 6 inches)
  • round 2: hand release merkins (and hold plank)

Run one lap around Hoppa’s yard.
