Warm up

Through the tunnel x 10 IC

Merkins x10 IC

Side straddle hip x10 IC

Flutter kicks x15 IC

Imperial walkers x10 IC

The Thang:

Indian Run last guy doing 2 burpees before catching the leader it went for a full lap until everyone had a chance to go twice

No Mercy Mile

Pax begin at mid point of front stretch on a standard track. Jog to turn 1: bear crawl to turn 2. Jog to mid point on back stretch. Do 25 merkins. Jog to turn 3: lunge to turn 4. Jog to starting point perform 25 squats. R & R three more times. When complete will have bear crawled 400 yards, lunged 400 yards, performed 100 merkins and squats all while completing 1 mile.

Good job today guys that was a tough one. Everyone continue to pray for the Stoke’s family and Jim’s family, Defects coworker. They both passed away over the weekend.

Wen need to start deciding if we want to do a spartan race as a team. We have a couple choices. Atlanta in October and spartanburg in November. If y’all are interested let me know
