Escalator – 5,10, 15, 20, 25 at each lightpole
Round 1 -Mountain Climbers (2 count)
Round 2 – Shoulder taps (2 count)
Round 3 – Jump Squats
Round 4 – Merkins
Round 5 – American Hammers (2 count)
Mosey to the Hill for an AMRAP
10 Squats, bear crawl to next cone, 10 Carolina Dry Docks, Broad jump to next cone, 10 SSH, Lunge to next cone, 10 Plank Jacks, run to next cone, 10 Imperial Walkers, Run to bottoms of the hill and do a burpee (add a burpee for each round completed) Run to top of the hill and repeat. Continue for 15 minutes.

A great morning to workout and have the illustrious Big Worm join us at Rumble. We got started a few minutes late thanks to Yo-gi’s pre run. I had to be prompted for a couple of exercises that I for got for the AMRAP, but I was still pleased with how awful it was. Got an update from Booger on his parents and was glad to hear they are doing well. Looking forward to the next workout.
