Round 1
Pax lunge across Hoppa’s yard, perform 20 burpees, then lunge back to start point. once back at start point, pax are to lunge back to pick up any and all of the 6 so that all Pax ideally finish together.
Round 2
same thing as round 1 but with crab walk instead of lunges.
Round 3
same thing as round 1 but with strict bear crawls (back flat and shins parallel to ground) instead of lunges.
mosey to tennis courts and partner up for 4 corners. Each partner performs 15 decline merkins at each corner.
mosey back to playground for some Mary
