A nice 60 degree dry morning
PAX: Thriller (respect), Pinto, Big Worm, Milton, Squib, Swan (respect), Johnny 5-QIC
Warm Up: 20 S/S Hops, 20 T/T Tunnels, 20 Imperial Walkers
Thang: Cones are set up in parking lot at all 4 corners ans everyone gets a cinder block to use for the workout.
(1) Block Sliders to each cone and then at each cone, 5 Burpees with blocks at each cone
(2) Block Lunges to each cone and 10 Sit-ups with block held above head at each cone
(3) Block Sliders to each cone and 15 Thrusters with block at each cone
(4) Block Lunges to each cone and 20 KB/Block swings at each cone
After all that, the parking lot looked like a 1st grade chalkboard and everyone was taking some deep breaths. Kudo’s to Milton for doing the workout with his ruck on. We then all grabbed a trash bag and headed to the Pill Station in the woods. We picked up all trash we saw in the way there and the broken cinder blocks in the woods. I have to say, Natural Light leftovers were not exactly what I would have thought the softball team would use for refreshments. Hey, it is close to water, so I guess it works.
