Pax Present: Chicken Hawk, Defect, Preach, Captain Planet (QIC)

Conditions: 26 and clear

Warm up:

Jog 1 lap around track

Imperial Walkers 15 IC

Merkins 15 IC

Side Straddle Hops 15 IC

Little Arm Circles 15 IC

The Thang:

Mosey to football field, locked gates and barb wire fences , mosey back to tennis courts. Extra running never hurts.

50 yard run, stop and10 reps. Run back to starting line and 10 reps. Pattern continued until 6 sets were completed for each excersise. Excersises were as follows:


Flutter Kicks




Mosey to playground:

Pullups 10 onyo

Dips 20 onyo

Wall squat hold 1min

Forearm plank hold 1 min



Prayer (Defect)

First time Qing and a really good morning. PAX put in work despite the cold and enjoyed suffering among good company.
