Mosey to tennis courts
3 sets of four corners with side-straddle-hand-release burpees performed at each corner.
- 2 reps at each corner circling first tennis court

Mosey to playground/picnic tables and partner up for Crazy 8’s (partner A performs given exercise while partner B holds position, then flapjack with increasing number of reps until each partner reaches 8 reps then decrease back down to 1. Each partner should have completed 64 reps total of given exercise.
- squats: partner A does squats while partner B holds squat position then flapjack

- hand release merkins: partner A does hand release merkins while partner B holds plank position then flapjack
