The Thang:

Mosey to picnic tables

  • 5 pull ups
  • 5 pull ups, 10 box jumps
  • 5 pull ups, 10 box jumps, 15 dips
  • 5 pull ups, 10 box jumps, 15 dips, 20 derkins
  • 5 pull ups, 10 box jumps, 15 dips, 20 derkins, 25 jump squats
  • 5 pull ups, 10 box jumps, 15 dips, 20 derkins, 25 jump squats, 30 LBC’s

Mosey to Hoppa’s yard for a round of 11’s

running from one side of Hoppa’s yard to the other, the pax start with 10 reps of first exercise and then run back to perform 1 rep of second exercise, then subtract one rep from the first exercise and add one additional rep to the second. The sum must always add up to 11

first exercise: side straddle hand release burpee (a Burpee with a hand release merkin at the bottom and a side straddle hop at the top)

second exercise: 4 count flutter kicks

Mosey to tennis wall area for one set of  Dora

partner up. partner A does big boy sit ups while partner B runs to wall to perform 5 wall burpees then runs back to partner A. flap jack until 100 BBS are completed
