  • 15 hand release merkins at each corner
  •   plank for the six, then shoulder taps and hip taps in cadence

Round 2:

  • 15 jump squats at each corner
  • LBC’s for the six, then flutter kicks and leg lifts in cadence

Round 3:

  • 10 burpees at each corner
  • low plank for the six, then elevator merkins and low mt. climbers in cadence

Round 3: pull ups x 5, decline merkins x 10, incline merkins x 15
