1 lap around Hoppa’s yard


Warm up (all IC)

SSH x 15

LAC forwards and backwards x 15

Squats x 15

IW x 15

merkins x 5

Mt Climbers x 15


Mosey to picnic tables for some rounds of tabata. Each round consists of 8 sets of the given exercise. Each set is 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest.

  1. Merkins
  2. Squats
  3. LBC
  4. Dips
  5. Jump Squats
  6. Pull ups

4 Corners

Mosey to tennis courts for some 4 corners. Partner up for the following exercises:

  • partner high 5 merkins x 15 at each corner
  • legs throws x 10 (each partner) at each corner
  • partner decline merkins (each partner) x 15
  • burpees x 15 (split between the 2 pax) at each corner
