The Thang:

Mosey and take a right on W Claremont Ave

Stop at the stop sign for a pain station

-5 Burpees

Mosey across Edisto to the next pain station

-10 Hand Release Merkins

Mosey to the bottom of the hill on Lindberg Dr

-15 LBCs

Mosey to the top of the hill

-Partner up, Partner B does the exercise and Partner A runs to the bottom of the hill and back then flapjack.

Round 1 – BBSU 100 as a team

Round 2 – Lunges x 100 (doubles) as a team

Lantern Indian Run

The PAX at the front of the line passes the lantern all the way down the line until it reaches the last PAX.

The last PAX then sprints to the front of the line. Rinse and repeat.

Hang a left on Lindberg Dr

Pain Station 1: Freddie Mercuries x10

Paint Station 2: Heels to Heaven x10

Continuing the Indian Run, we hung a left back on Cheraw Dr.

Last Pain Station (Partners)

Partner A sprints to the end S Woodstone Dr and back then flapjack.

Partner B performs merkins x 100 (as a team)
