The Thang:
Mosey to the Football Field
50 Yard Fun:
– Each PAX takes a turn throwing the frisbee
– The amount of reps is the absolute value of 50 – distance thrown in yards (round up to the nearest multiple of 5)
– Every time the frisbee goes out of bounds we do 15 Burpees plus the amount of reps as described above
– If the frisbee goes into the endzone, we do not do any reps, but instead take a lap
– If the frisbee goes out the back of the endzone, we do 15 Burpees and then take a lap
– PAX mosey to where the frisbee landed and bring it in bounds
– PAX mat call a mulligan, but that requires us to bear crawl 15 Yards back (1 time per PAX per 200 Yards)

This morning was a nice cool morning with some dew/water leftover from the rain. When I rolled in at about the time for the start of the workout, I expected to be the last one to arrive. Instead I was the first. Wee Man rolled in shortly after I did. We got to test out our aim when it came to throwing the frisbee out about 50 yards each throw. It was nice to be able to chat with Wee Man about varying topics and see how he felt about certain things. We enjoined chatting and even got some Burpees in after I swapped the constraints to within the hashes. Thanks for letting me lead and have a blessed day!
