Strength and Cardio Rumble

WARMUP: 15 forward arm circles, 15 reverse arm circles, 15 Hillbilly Jims, 15 though the tunnel

THE THANG: Three (3) 6 minute AMRAP rounds.

Round 1 – 15 prone block press, run to the fire pit, 15 dips, run back to launch.

Round 2- 15 overhead block press, run to the island, 15 hand release merkins, run back to launch.

Round 3- Rock and Run at the Rock Pile. Overhead rock press with stroll to second light, return to start then 2 sprints. Rinse and repeat.

Round 4 was a 10 minute AMRAP with run, burpees, bear crawl and clearing a 4’ tall wall.

Finish with 2 minutes side straddle hop and 25 LBC’s.

In attendance were 3 very steady Rumblers and we discussed balanced workouts and staying focused as we can when things get hectic for a balanced in life.
