THE THANG: Warm up mosey to fire pit. 10 reps big boys, merkins, v-ups followed by run

Hill work. 5 burpees top of Rumble Hill and 5 burpees bottom of hill. Repeat as needed. Yogi and Sharpie got 40 burpees before time ran out.
