Moleskin:
We had a nice morning, besides Dipstick. He was not too enthused with all of the running. We got to do a similar workout to my Saturday Q at Southpaw. We just got a lot less reps in. Dipstick and I disagree on our skips. But we agree to disagree, mostly. We also got to see CDC and several others out as well which was welcome. I am glad that I got to lead the workout and hope everyone has a blessed day!
