Pre-workout Murph with Kimchi

MOSEY to football field nearest Goal line

The Thang:

Start at goal line and lay on stomach. Jump up and sprint 100 yards

Start at the Goal line: moved in 10 yard intervals, to get there, we lunge walked to get to the next yard line.. @ each 10 yard interval we did the following

10 : 10 Burpees

20: 20 Merkins

30: 30 squats

40: gravity stretch

50: 50 plank Jackz

60: 60 sec plank

70: 70 Shoulder Taps

80: SSH (IC)

90: LBC (OYO)

100: mtn climbers IC

Round 2: Same sorta sequence as above, but bear crawl to the yard marker, completed the exercise

10: 10 Burpees

20: 20 Lieutenant Dans

30: 30 Carolina Dry Docks

40: 40 Imperial Walkers (each leg)

50: 50 gas pumpers

Go to Goal Line and Suicide..each 10 years line do 5 burpees, switched to 3 halfway through

Line up goal line on stomach, hop up and sprint 100 yards
