This morning was a nice and warm morning. The workout was in honor of my dad’s 62nd birthday. As such, the rep count was 62. There was a decent bit of running and moseying to help balance out the reps. While it was just me there for F3, there were a decent bit of others that came to the track at Southpaw for some reason. It seemed to have a mix of adults and teens.
