Mosey with Block/Ruck/KB to Covered Entrance to have shelter from the rain. One pax had no block so mosey to backside of school and get a retention stone.

10 Burpees for good stone selection

Mosey back to sheltered entrance.

10 Burpees stone swap mosey penalty.

Hold Plank for School employee to enter building. 30 merkins mixed in while holding plank.

Butterfly Big Boys – AMRAP – 30 Second rep – 3 Sets (Use arms to help get fast and high rep count)

Superman with 3 second hold – 15 rep – 3 Sets (then 23 merkins for Bengals score against the Chiefs – Hit 50 for the day)

Weight to Toe Leg Lever – 20 reps – 3 Sets (Lie on your back, hold block and touch the ground above your head and pull it to the middle of the air while bringing your legs up, touch then back down.)

On Back Banana Hold (since we had no :banana: Banana with us) – 30 second hold – 3 Sets

I was supposed to Q at Scrooge and Boucher was supposed to be Rumble but we discussed and went to our Home AO’s due to time constraints this morning. Sharpie and Frodo seemed upset to not get a Boucher Beat Drop but I hit them with an ABTron 2000 Q with minimal mileage. Hopefully all pax will feel those abs tomorrow. Kudos to Bionic for pushing it on the 2 MIN AMRAP Big Bois at the end and hit 60 in 2 minutes AFTER the 35 min ab workout. Impressive! The Block to Toe’s almost got him though.

I’m thankful for the rain. I’m thankful for the men who come and workout. We have a good thing going to be able to pray daily with each other and build each other up, pushing each other to change for the better in our lives and in our family’s lives at home away from the gloom.
