Starting at the end zone squats in increments of 5 going up to 25 at all of the even yard lines
Once we reached midfield then we went down in increments of 5 starting with 20 burpees
Mosey to the steps
Pluck two cards and perform exercises at the top and bottom of the steps.

Mosey to the cements benches

Mosey to the light pole at the edge of the parking lot
